  • Dr. Dan Pritt

    Dan is the founder and executive director of the Community Service Institute (CSi). He has extensive business insight and experience. He is a seasoned entrepreneur and problem solver, specializing in people and organizational development.

    CSi was established prior to the completion of his doctoral thesis (Adaptive Outreach: 2016, WTS), and endeavors to educate, motivate, and increase people's capacity and desire to succeed. CSI's passion for truth and continuous improvement empowers others to make a difference in life.

  • Gene Fernandez

    Gene has worked in the Oil and Gas industry most of his career after graduating from the University of Findlay in 1977, with BS degrees in Accounting, Marketing and Business Administration. In 2008, he completed his MBA from the University of Findlay with a concentration in Finance and Organizational Development.

    Gene is a Certified Internal Auditor and holds a Black belt in Lean Six Sigma. He has held various staff and management positions in Auditing, Accounting, Finance, and Marketing during his over 40 years at Marathon Petroleum Company where he started his career in 1977 and retired in 2019. In his last assignment, he developed and managed the Continuous Improvement department based in Findlay, Ohio where their team trained over 2400 different employees the tools and methods of Continuous Improvement and assisted teams complete 300 improvement projects with annual hard dollar savings of over $165 million.

  • John Urbanski

    John is the East Coast partner in CSi, Community Services Institute. He retired as President & CEO of the United Way of Hancock County in March 2019 having served since January 2013. He was actively involved in transitioning the Hancock County United Way from program funding to initiative funding, implementing a coalition-building process utilizing the Collective Impact model. John has been actively involved with the Collective Impact Forum since 2015, participating in a two-year Community of Practice project. He has also worked with the Annie E. Casey Foundation in Results-Based Leadership.

    John served as Executive Director of the Hancock County Agency on Aging/Senior Center from 2006 to 2012 where he helped establish the Hancock County Dementia Coalition in conjunction with the Northwest Ohio Alzheimer Association.

    John was the co-founder and president of the Rocking U Restaurant and Urbanski Catering for 28 years. His entrepreneurial spirit and efforts set the stage for his community involvement and his non-profit role.

  • Mike Tabler

    Mike has experience in leading his agency staff of 6 members to multiple awards with several companies they represent. Tabler Insurance Agency LLC is a 6-time Master Agency Winner and is the 2021 Celina Insurance Group Agency of the year. They are also a 2-time winner of the Max Insurance Premier Agency Award and Encompass Insurance Rookie of the Year Award.

    Mike has sat on several agent advisory groups with the companies they represent. He has also led several leadership roles within the Findlay Business Networking International Chapter which is a group of 50 business associates referring over $2,000,000 of business per year.
