Reality Check

There are always unforeseen circumstances and consequences in life. Individuals react differently to an ever-changing climate of expectations.

People often misinterpret the intent of others. They easily jump to conclusions. Opinions and actions are influenced by biases, which impact objectivity and levels of concern for others.

What is missing is a clear understanding of how to address such complex issues and fluid situations when outcomes are so unpredictable.

Humans, being creatures of habit, are also prone to doing the same things repeatedly, while expecting a different result. Einstein suggested such tendencies “fit the definition of insanity.”

Society operates under the assumption that more effort, along with greater intensity, is better and holds the key for solving problems.

Without concrete, meaningful and intentional change, negative patterns and past behaviors will prevent you and your team from reaching your full potential.

Community Service Institute’s purpose is to help people and organizations to overcome such obstacles so they can learn, grow and thrive in today’s emerging and competitive world.
