Leadership Model, The 3-D Model for “DO”

Our 3-D Model for “DO” series is an impactful leadership model for employees, managers, and leadership teams. In the series, we inspire leaders to do the right thing, do the best they can, and when/if time permits, a little more, and to show that they care and appreciate others, along with the opportunities to serve.

Upon hearing Dwain (“The Rock”) Johnson during a recent “Inside Hollywood” interview, the actor and spokesperson talked about giving back and helping others who struggle. He emphasized the importance of doing the right thing and to the best of one’s ability. Johnson also spoke of the importance of showing gratitude during the process and the impact it has on people.

His words had a profound impact on the development of CSi’s 3-D Model for “DO” that’s been created for the purpose of training/coaching our personnel and business/organizational clients. An entire system consistent with CBT- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy basics was even developed to help and inspire people to become the “best version of themselves” (Kelly, 2019).

What is the CSi 3-D Model for “DO”?

The leadership model has been the most impactful tool for improvement that we have found when working with employees, managers, and leadership teams. So much so that it has evolved into an entire series on learning to

1) Do the right thing
2) Do the best one can, and when/if time permits, a little more, and provide opportunities for life
3) Do show that you care and appreciate others, along with the opportunities to serve.

The Outcome of Utilizing a Leadership Model

We have found that individuals quickly acquire a “We” (growth/team) perspective, practicing gratitude over a “Me” (fixed/entitlement) perception. Their work performance improves, and they are more productive. CSi has developed a primary well-being training system that has become a cornerstone for developing people and organizations desiring to increase levels of effectiveness and improve bottom-line results. The CSi team is here to assist you and your team by solving problems, and building awareness, clarity, and the capacity to thrive.
